1 Corinthians 16:19 (Message Translation) – “The churches here in Western Asia send greetings. Aquila, Priscilla, and the church that meets in their house say hello.”
Greetings to the fellow saints who meet at the house of Skip and Julie in Boquete, Panama. I bid you blessings in the name of Jesus, to all the called-out ones gathering as a Spirit-led group called Home Church International. We include our greetings to be extended to our brethren and sisters-in-faith meeting in houses under the pastoral leadership of Jojie and Jhing Esguerra in tribal Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Receive and walk in our Father’s blessings. Though stressful times are upon much of the earth, especially for Christians, we declare His promises, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” “Greater is He that is in you than he (satan) that is in the world.” “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
Believing God and His Word without question is my charge to you. We are not doubters. We are “overcomers” and “more than conquerors.” A conqueror is not only one who wins the victory, but enjoys the spoils and treasures left behind by the defeated. Yes, my brethren, we are not just conquerors. We put on our whole armor and trust Him to defend us. (Ephesians 6) When the devil comes around to harm or scare you, the Bible says he walks around “like a roaring lion.” See here that he is not a lion and not to be feared. He is only ‘like’ a roaring lion. He is trying to convince you to put your faith in fear and quit trusting the Savior. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5,6)
And so, brethren, walk out your faith in Him, with your head held high. He is the One who can be trusted forever. Share your faith in your house churches. Encourage one another in Christ Jesus.
Until we share again, I remain your brother in Christ.
